ARTIST MANAGER
Dragana Gajić (MMus) is a Munich-based artist manager and cultural professional with a background in professional performance, music education, and cultural management. Her work combines first-hand artistic experience with a strong understanding of the international classical music sector, enabling her to support artists in building sustainable and meaningful careers.
A trained violinist and violist, Dragana holds master’s degrees in both instruments from the Conservatorio di Musica Giuseppe Tartini in Trieste, Italy, and furthered her studies at the Hochschule für Musik Würzburg. She subsequently studied Kulturmanagement at the Deutsche Akademie für Management (DAM) in Berlin, developing a broader professional foundation in cultural administration and management.
Her artistic career includes extensive experience as an orchestral and chamber musician, with performances and projects across Europe in cities and cultural centres including Berlin, Vienna, Prague, Rome, Zagreb, Minsk, Trieste, and the Basque Country. She has worked on contemporary music and interdisciplinary productions, collaborating closely with composers and artists from different fields.
Alongside her performing career, Dragana has worked extensively as a violin and viola educator in Italy and Germany. This combination of performance, education, and cultural management has given her a comprehensive understanding of the professional realities musicians face at different stages of their careers.
At GREEN NOTE, Dragana focuses on artist management and career development, working closely with musicians to develop international opportunities, strengthen their professional positioning, and build long-term careers. Her approach is grounded in close artistic understanding, individual attention, and a commitment to developing each artist’s career in a way that remains authentic to their artistic identity.
Dragana speaks Bosnian, German, Italian, and English fluently, allowing her to work effectively across different cultural and professional environments.
